*Early Registration Fees
Please Note: early registration fees are only available for those who register and make full payment before the early registration deadline. If you register and do not make payment by the early registration deadline you will be required to pay the late registration fees.

**Member Registration Fees
Please note that only members with up to date subscriptions are eligible to benefit from the member registration fees. Please contact the society directly with any queries about your membership subscription: administrator@bgcs.org.uk

***Trainees/Fellows/Nurses
In order for Trainees/Fellows/Nurses to take advantage of the reduced rates, your current post and speciality will be checked against the BGCS database.  In order to update/check your profile please log into your BGCS member account at https://bgcs.org.uk/members/

****Student Fees
To register as a student you must be a full time under or post-graduation student. We will require further proof of your student status; this can be a scan of your student identification card or a letter from your university (acceptance letter or matriculation letter) you will be asked to upload this during the registration process, if you cannot upload it please email it to BGCS@in-conference.org.uk 

The registration fee includes:
• Attendance at all sessions and entry to the exhibition area
• Delegate bag and conference material
• Tea/coffee and lunches on Thursday 15th and Friday 16th June

Payment of Registration Fees
Full payment must be made by credit/debit card at the time of registering. Cards accepted are VISA, Visa Debit and MasterCard , unfortunately we cannot accept American Express, Visa Purchasing or Maestro.

Entry to the conference will not be permitted unless full payment has been received. On receipt of your registration form, a confirmation email and receipt will be sent to you by the conference organisers. If you have not received this within 5 working days of registering, please contact the conference organisers by emailing bgcs@in-conference.org.uk

Delegate Cancellation
Notification of cancellation must be submitted by email to the conference organisers (In Conference Ltd)
to bgcs@in-conference.org.uk

  • Cancellations made on or before 5th May 2017 will be refunded less the £40 administration fee.
  • Cancellations made after 5th May 2017 will NOT be refunded.
  • No Shows will NOT be refunded.

Filming
By attending the conference, members consent to being filmed and/or photographed for BGCS purposes.

VISAS
Non-EU participants may require a Visa to enter the UK. To check if you need a UK Visa please follow this link www.gov.uk Delegates may also contact the consulate/embassy in their home country for further information.

VALIDITY OF PASSPORTS
It is your responsibility to ensure that your passport is valid for travel and we recommend that you check with your local Embassy.  Please note that some countries require your passport to be valid for up to 3 months from the date of return.

**VISA APPLICATIONS – LETTER FROM THE ORGANISING SECRETARIAT**
If you require a letter to confirm your registration please complete the online registration form and make payment. Please email bgcs@in-conference.org.uk to request a letter after you have registered and made payment.

Please note invitation letters can only be issued to invited speakers.

If your visa is declined we are only able to offer refunds in line with our cancellation terms and conditions.

Certificates of Attendance
Delegates will be provided with a certificate of attendance on completion of the conference evaluation form.  Delegates manage their own CPD Account / Portfolios and can self-declare one CPD point for every hour of teaching, however you must have the documentation to prove this and upload it to your profile.
